Since the beginning of 2024, we have been working on a congregational visioning process. We met in small groups to tell stories, discuss values, and dream about how God might be calling this congregation forward into the future.

With a long list of values, the council narrowed the list to 10 values. We are in the next steps of narrowing that down and would love your input. Would you choose 5 values that are important to you for a congregation? We do realize that many of these overlap. Additionally, there is a space for how we might live out each value as we move forward. Feel free to add your idea for how we might be more inclusive or how we could utilize technology. There are no wrong answers. We are simply dreaming, listening to God, and wondering how we might serve the world. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing ideas, feel free to just choose values.

Some examples include:

Intergenerational: All ages care team to visit people

Discipleship: Quarterly Brewed Theology Discussion at Silos

Inclusivity: Change up the Lenten soup suppers to have maidrites, tacos, etc. so that more kids might want to participate.

Feel free to reach out to Pastor Emily or Council President, Tracy, with questions.
